Optimised Projects are a fast expanding Global Project Delivery Team dedicated to the pre site planning of every Project so when the green light to commence on site is given, we have the trust of the client, a good understanding of how the client wants the Project to look, full design and specification of what the client expects, programme of how the delivery is scheduled as well as many other customer focused deliverables. This Project Team is not set up to just deliver BMS installs, with our Team of vastly experienced Project Managers, Project Planners, CAD operatives, Supervisors and Project Coordinators, “we are big enough to deliver and small enough to care”, which sets us apart from other competitors. It’s important to point out at this stage that this Team primarily operate prior to getting on site to assist the client in designing their Project. The Optimised Projects Team then interact with the Installation team to pass on and be part of the onsite delivery team.

What We Do

Working primarily with end clients, we understand, through a series of discussions, the challenges and end goals of individual client’s needs. From these discussions, we engage with our internal delivery Teams to produce detailed proposals which pulls together the learnings / challenges from the clients perspective, the current position on the site, what the site will look like after our Teams have completed, the benefits financially to the Project, details if you do nothing, as well as a costing and payback. This approach is usually used on BMS – LED Upgrades – Boiler Upgrades type Projects. We also have access to all major suppliers and specialists which enables us to select the right product to suit the client’s needs.

Alternatively, we can provide a straight forward costing to complete a refurbishment of and office – building – warehouse – commercial property – or any other premises.
